Just a corner step away of the Veluwe, you will find this beautiful Place under the Trees in Putten. The owners have managed to convert the stables into light and relaxing spaces that you can rent through PUBLIC for meetings, workshops and training courses. Or for photography and film/television recordings. This special place is located a stone’s throw from the geographical center of the Netherlands and 45 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht. On the site you will also find a summer house which you can book as a break out place, a Bed & Wellness with hot tub, a large food forest and a natural swimming pond. The adjacent meadow is 3000 m2 and very suitable for outdoor activities.

Here you will find quietness, privacy and nature. The food forest is used for catering and the large garden is a welcome addition to your stay. There are three hotels in the area that offer a shuttle bus service.

Location

There are two different rooms to book; the group space (75 m2) and the summer house (50 m2). You rent the group space including use of the roof, a semi-outdoor space with a fireplace.

All areas are located on the ground floor and have access through wide doors. The group space is very light due to the skylights and three large glass doors. Breakfast and lunch are served in the kitchen of the main house of the owners, but you can of course also eat outside when the weather allows.

Accessibility

There are many parking spaces available on site: 12 spaces on the square/driveway and 30 additional spaces in the meadow. Parking a larger bus is also no problem.

Are you coming by public transport? Then take the train to Barneveld Noord station and from there you take the bus to Harderwijk. Get off at the Veenhuizerveld stop and then walk for another 10 minutes. Stop Barneveld Noord is located directly at the exit of the A1 where you can easily be picked up by a colleague.

There are several accommodation options in the immediate vicinity that also offer a shuttle service: Hof van Putten (5 km), Kasteel de Vanenburg (8 km) and Hotel mooi Veluwe (7.5 km).
