This monumental building on the Oostenburgergracht is a great place for meetings, photography and film productions, but also for private dining. The former theater foyer on the first floor has a huge height with its 6 meters, floor to ceiling windows and many characteristic earthy elements.
The loft-like space looks enormous, both the width and the height of this location provide a spacious feeling. The space is characterized by its incidence of light; the entire facade here consists of windows. The location is atmospheric due to the warm color scheme and the many chairs, benches, cupboards, tables and plants with which the Foyer is furnished. Old elements of the theater can still be seen in the form of old lamps and the very photogenic staircase to the former balconies of the theater hall.
