This loft is located on the top floor of a canal house overlooking the canals in the historic centre of Amsterdam. The rent of the loft is including the roof terrace at the rear, where you have a good view of the surrounding green courtyards.
There is a large conference table in the middle of the room, with comfortable chairs for all-day meetings. The large windows provide plenty of daylight and they can be opened when the weather is nice.
Location 2040 is located on the Herengracht on the 4th floor of a monumental building (no lift) boasting fantastic views of the canal and city centre.
If traveling by tram: take line 2 or 12 and exit at Koningsplein. From there it is less than an 8-minute walk. Tram line 4, 14 and 14 are also suitable options (take exit Rokin).
If traveling by metro: take line 52 and exit at Rokin followed by a 10-minute walk.
If traveling by car: use parking garage Parkbee Hotel NH City, Garage Molenpad or Parkbee Kalverstraat.
